No one in home KCPD surrounded in attempt to arrest a suspected shooter

Police in Kansas City, Missouri surrounded a home for hours Monday morning in an attempt to arrest a shooting suspect. When police entered the home, they said there was no one inside. Police Sgt. Jake Becchina said officers arrived at the home at about midnight. The homeowner let officers inside at about 5 a.m. Officers found a dog, but no people.
