Custom Winchester 1897 Riot Gun — Dept. of Riot Mitigation

Custom 12 gauge Winchester 1897 riot gun clone manufactured in 1904. Barrel has been shortened to 18.5" and sports a hand-turned, polished brass "Debutante's Secret" front sight. The stock has been shortened by 1" and has an oversized, vintage butt plate with polished brass hardware and a polished brass spacer plate. The heat shield was copper plated in my shop. The trigger has been polished and the bore is bright and shiny... The stock has been custom-engraved with "Dept. of Riot Mitigation" (a fictitious agency I concocted). The lumber is finished off with a custom blend of my hand-mixed "White Lightning" shellac.
