Fluffy Keto Pankcakes (with Keto Chow)

Recipe:
4 large eggs
1 1/2 ounces softened cream cheese
1 serving Keto Chow (any flavor)
[optional] 1/2 teaspoon liquid Stevia or a few drops of liquid Sucralose
[optional for even fluffier pancakes] 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
1. Using a food processor, egg beater or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
(If too thick, add a few drops of water or almond milk)
2. Cook over medium heat in a pan, flipping once.
3. Enjoy!
