People knew the importance of fresh air and sunlight daily for babies (as well as for most living beings living on land). They didn't cover themselves up with (toxic) sunscreens, wore extra clothing, to cover up the skin as much as possible and avoided sunlight in fear of cancer and all sorts of medical, pharmaceutical, media fear campaigns.

If you're prone to burning in the sun, avoid staying in the sun more than your skin can tolerate it, but we all need our daily rays on open skin and head (no sunglasses either) at least 15 mins a day.

Vitamin D is only absorbed by open skin and sunlight.

Our entire system depends on plenty of sunlight daily for health in every way.

Best way to absorb the rays is by sunning the inside of arms in the rays. So roll up your sleeves and sun the inside of your arms more than any part for 15 mins a day minimum (in the hot summer months avoid the hours between 1pm-4pm when sun is the hottest, depending on your location)
