Upgrade Doorbell Transformer and Chime for Ring Doorbell

In this video I will upgrade my transformer and chime from 16V to 24V to support a new video doorbell. Not all video doorbells require this. After doing some research it appears that upgrading the voltage helps the new video doorbell operate more effectively.
