The Universal Law of Cause and Effect monitors every expression of the soul and if the soul’s thoughts, words, or actions are not God-like in every moment a karma debt is recorded as a Negative Energy at the Cellular Level of the soul’s physical body associated with one the seven Chakras associated with the ungod-like expression by the soul. This Universal Law of Cause and Effect is the primary Law that disciplines a soul to learn the difference between right and wrong. As the soul progresses on its spiritual path, the soul learns wisdom and compassion in their expressions.

These Negative Energies at the Cellular Level of the soul’s physical body are permanent until the soul’s karma debt is repaid, or the soul removes these Negative Energies with this Prayer to Remove Negative Energies at the Cellular Level. These Negative Energy Imprints at the Cellular Level still remain in the Soul’s Light Body at the time of death if the Karmic Debt has not been repaid. At the soul’s next carnation, these Negative Energies Imprints will again be transferred to the Cellular Level within the physical body. This is the primary reason for birth defects and other health conditions affecting the physical body of the soul as the soul evolves on its spiritual path and accepts these life challenges.
