Crime Commission & Cannabis Illegality ARE NOT THE SAME - SOCIAL EQUITY DOESNT WORK FOR MARYLAND

Maryland has set out to be the example of what social equity application to cannabis should look like, to absolutely no avail save the words they say to make the white men who are operating get less crap from people. There's many issues here, one is money, but that is a separate issue.
The simple fact is that black people, especially in Baltimore an area Maryland plants to inundate with cannabis commit crime Disproportionately. . . Period. If I roll around with a bandana on and looking like a thug or looking like al Capone, either way if u look sussy they gonna pull you over. If you run when they say "hey lemme talk at u" you'll be in busted. Where as the response of most people not involved in violent street crime life is to speak to officer and play it cool. And there's plenty of blacks and Mexicans and whites who know how to act around a cop. I am not saying that there is not police brutality that's another subject. I'm speaking on cannabis crimes. Specifically cannabis crimes.
Saying that a robbery committed and the robber has an eighth on them, that counts as minority cannabis crime. That isn't cannabis crime, and this is why I'm absolutely opposed to social equity implementation.
There is that, but let's forget my supposed inherent racism, and discuss the rich White men on the market. Only 26% of business investors in cannabis in Maryland are Black investors. The one company with the most black contributers is G leaf, and they make up 75% of all black money investors.
The equity legislation absolutely was not rolled out from the jump, and the over 75% non minority ownership or majority involvement proves this as a stand alone fact.
When you take a minority that commits all crime more than majority people's, then apply all those crimes to the implementation of involvement in a crime now legalized, without considering involvement in crime unrelated to cannabis, will un fairly place those individuals into ease of access above individuals who, according to the state may have suffered, but they're not part of a race whom commits crime on mass, as a minority population, they just got busted with pot for pot.
If only cannabis crimes were considered, Baltimore would still be the epicentre, but Baltimore is the capital of Heroin, at times of murder, not of cannabis sales. I used to cop cannabis from Baltimore and I can say it was easier to find hard drugs than good cannabis. Period.
As someone who was part of the illicit activities that occured around the state (allegedly) I can speak on the presence of cannabis vs. Hard drugs. Just because the drug dealers smoked cannabis as they sold drugs, this isnt cannabis inequality. I'm on a mission to show to crooked nature of social equity implementation in this way. If they want to say cannabis cultivation, sales, trafficking, etc that's different.
Saying that people were targeted BECAUSE OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO CANNABIS is nonsense when the areas in question aren't cannabis sales districts like the mendicino triangle.
