Officials have disclosed the identity of the victim in a shooting incident that occurred at a private party within a Pennsylvania community center over the weekend.

The individual, confirmed by the Indiana County coroner’s office as 22-year-old Jamar M. Porterfield Herriot Jr. from Homestead, was one of nine individuals aged 18 to 23 who sustained gunshot wounds at approximately 12:35 a.m. on Sunday at the Chevy Chase Community Center in White Township, situated roughly 50 miles (80 kilometers) to the northeast of Pittsburgh.

Authorities indicate that there is reason to believe that more than one shooter was involved, the Associated Press reported.
