Worlds shortest footchase

We observed the suspect looking for a place to run. I am the bald guy that wraps him up - football style. He received 17 charges that day; 14 Felony counts. I arrested him 3 times after that. He ended up shooting a mother & father over a drug deal. Their 10 year old son is the one who called 911. The father survived, unfortunately, his mother was a DOA. Suspect/Defendant is currently doing 40 years in prison.
