New footage of the use of a light multi-purpose guided missile, known as LMUR, has appeared on the Internet.
The interesting thing about this video is that this is a new version of the missile, equipped with a high-contrast television homing head, while the previous model were equipped with thermal imaging seekers.
Obviously, this version of the LMUR is cheaper and easier to manufacture, which will allow the production of more such missiles, and also not waste more expensive and probably not so numerous versions of the missile with a thermal imaging seeker on hitting targets that are clearly visible in the optical and near-infrared ranges, in daytime combat missions of our attack helicopters.
