Unusual Storm (Typhoon) Causes Flood of the Century in Beijing, China

At least 33 people died in floods in Beijing after Typhoon Doksuri hit northern China. Another 18 people are missing. This is the worst flood in recent years. Rainfall was record. Authorities declared a red alert level. The rain caused landslides and destroyed many houses and cars on the outskirts of the city.
