Awareness on Citizen's Arrest

This video is to help spread awareness on citizen's arrest in the USA but more so in California. In this video you'll notice two teams, SoCal_Pedosnatcher and my team plus several bystander's. The one performing the citizen's arrest is SoCal_PedoSnatcher which means he's taking liability. In many areas this would be a loophole in getting an arrest if done properly.

The Suspect is Eric G Solis, came to meet who he believed was a minor. he admitted to in chats he's already been caught before and in sex offender classes which btw he invited the minor to go with him.

I would encourage anyone that's interested in this to do your research and correctly. Make sure you're following the law.

Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo: Revocation of Supervised Release as to Eric Guardado Solis held on 5/26/2023. Defendant arraigned on allegation 1 and admits to violating. Court finds defendant in violation and supervised release is revoked. Sentence on Revocation of Supervised Release Hearing held on 5/26/2023 for Eric Guardado Solis (1). Custody BOP for 24 months. Ten (10) years of supervised release to follow, under the same previously imposed conditions of release and adding location monitoring program (see J&C). Additionally, the court approves Mr. Solis' transfer of supervision to the Central District of California after custodial term is served.
