Every Christian church out there has let us down. We know how to pray in a group, following someone’s lead, but no one knows how to pray on their own. I literally had to find out for myself by reading the bible and doing research on prayer. And guess what? Praying is EXTREMELY similar to eastern culture meditation, according to the bible. The difference is a spiritual connection with God rather than yourself. Let’s learn how to pray on our own like adults.
