Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are busting out the grinder and sausage stuffer, and making a batch of my favorite pork bratwurst! Then we are boiling them up in beer and finishing on the charcoal grill for the perfect beer brat dinner! Lets get started

Ingredients:
2270g Pork Butt (5lbs)
40g Salt
6g White Pepper
5g Marjoram
5g Fennel
3g Nutmeg
2g Ginger
3g Garlic Powder
2g Mustard Powder
150-200g Beer (or water, as needed)
