How to make Lays with potatoes at home in Hindi by Kitchen with Musfara

Ingredients:

- 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 375°F (190°C).

2. While the oil is heating up, thinly slice the potatoes.

3. Season the potato slices with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you like.

4. Carefully add the seasoned potato slices to the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy, which usually takes about 5-6 minutes.

5. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to let any excess oil drain off.

6. If needed, add a bit more salt for extra flavor.

7. Serve your delicious fries right away, and don't forget you can sprinkle some cheese on top before serving if you like!

Note: You can also choose to bake the fries instead of frying them, but keep in mind that the texture might not be as crispy. Enjoy your crispy potato fries! 🍟
