Minimum wage to increase in Michigan for new year

Starting in January Michigan's minimum wage is going up. Currently sitting at $8.50 an hour, it'll increase to $8.90 an hour. But the increase doesn't just affect workers. The boost in wages creates higher costs for business owners. That means the price of products and services could go up.
