Dangerous scenic route in Cape Town / Day & Night

We drive along arguably the most Dangerous scenic route in Cape Town, Baden Powell Drive (R310) which looks idyllic in places, but is far from it in others, catching out some tourists that are not aware of the dangers that lurk - from a security and environmental perspective. Their are several user groups on WhatsApp that provide alerts on the road condition.
