While we received a 17% unprecedented tax increase across the board it appears the Town Manager and his minions were reappropriating funding from other town funding areas for their own wants and not needs of the community.
In their own words you will the praise they have for doing so. Also Keep in mind, when revenue is taken from one area of the budget it is the taxpayers who pay to restore the funding taken out. So when cash is taken from the “Needs” to fund the “Wants” you will be made to feel obligated to pay.
