I finally found Mr.Ansatsuken's old Master Akuma. We have Master Akuma ver. 1.7.8 dated 20/08/2013 vs. Evil Ryu ver. 0.8.9 dated 01/07/2013, both by Mr.Ansatsuken. Somebody requested this char not too long ago, forgot who. Now, here he is. You're welcome, and enjoy these rare chars!
