Kevin was chatting with who he believed to be 13 year old girl. Sent graphic material as well as seeking abusive material of a child. He was seeking a sexual relationship with her. He was very rude and mostly a drunk. He was especially rude when he didn’t get what he wanted.
He was interviewed at his home and law enforcement was called to the scene. Evidence was submitted and this case was closed due to no CSAM being found.
