It is God's desire to be equipped and raised up to fulfil your God given purpose. I want to see everyone step out, it’s not just the job of the pastor to do everything, that’s how leaders burn out and fall. Church is the best place to practice because here there are no failures, its ok to make mistakes because we know we can get back up without fear or condemnation.
