Otis Lexan Hydraulic Elevator @ 503 Grasslands Road - Valhalla, New York

Recorded on 10/5/23. I went to preschool in this building and I didn't remember this building having an elevator! I went to go check it out after seeing this elevator on Vertical Transit's channel. This elevator is in very good shape! This building is interesting as the entrance/exit can be accessed from both floors at the same place. Since there is no ramp to the second floor, this elevator was installed. It is nice to see this building not cheap out on the design of this building!
