Honey (2 tablespoons)
Soy sauce (100 ml)
Dried ginger (1 tsp)
Dried garlic (1 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground pepper (0.5 tsp)
Preparation:
Wash chicken legs and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine honey, mustard, soy sauce, ground black
pepper, salt, dried garlic, and dried ginger.
We rub each piece of chicken with the prepared
marinade and leave it to soak for 1 hour.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out
the chicken.
