Credible's Rugby World Cup History - 2007, Can England Do It Again?

The sixth Rugby World Cup took place in France in 2007 (though with some help from Wales and Scotland) and would see the rise to prominence of flying South African winger Bryan Habana as well as a tournament to remember for unfancied Argentina.

England were on a mission to retain the Webb Ellis Cup, but retaining it would arguably be a tougher task this time around with Sir Clive Woodward now retired from coaching and former Ireland Head Coach Brian Ashton was now charged with maintaining the success of four years ago.

In addition to this, Johnny Wilkinson was undergoing a personal crisis and was not the player he was back in 2003 - could England still succeed in spite of these challenges, or would their grip on the cup come to an end at the Stade de France?
