udlow and Park Hills fire departments have been on the scene of a hazmat incident at an industrial plant on Sandbank Road since Thursday morning. An apparent leak of toxic and explosive chemicals at the facility is causing a potentially dangerous situation, according to a post on the Park Hills department Facebook page. Dan Carroll in Chopper 9 reported that a hazmat crew emerged from a building about 12:40 p.m. and was getting hosed down.
