Youll want to dodge the cannon fire from the wall, it takes a hefty chunk of AP. Take the route i took to destroy the guns at the first waypoint, that way you can avoid their fire as well.
I found that the path i showed was the best for closing in on the tetrapod, and V.IV's slicer blade makes very short work of a staggered tetrapod.
