This is set 71039 has twelve minifigures all packaged separately in blind boxes. This is the first Collectible Minifigure Set packaged in boxes which eliminates the ability to "feel" the figures. People have proposed weighing the boxes and looking at lot numbers. I combined the methods to find all twelve minifigures.
