This incident happen in Houston Texas 2021 at a Jack in the Box fast food restaurant. In 2023 the victim Ramos, filed a civil lawsuit against Jack in the Box. In recent videos Ford, was interviewed about the incident. She claims that Ramos, used the N word to demand for his curly fries.
