If we want to experience greater mental and emotional health, it is important that we learn how to have a renewed relationship with how we respond to fear. My mental health journey revealed that I had a very distorted perspective on fear and needing equipping.

For so long, fear in all its forms (anxiety, worry, panic, dread, obsession) was running my life. Like a bully, fear pushed me around all day in stress filled striving and avoidance.

But when I began to get equipped in how to heal and work through the fear factor, it changed my thinking and how I approached every area of my life.
