Did Israel by purposefully let Hamas do Operation Al Aqsa so that it can carry out Unjust War against Palestine ?

How come Hamas launched an Operation while they are block in all around Gaza by Israelis ! 🫢🤔 Nothing can go in or out without Israeli troops permission. It doesn't make any logic to me. 🙇🫥🦘🦘🦘
