Considering quitting alcohol or want to stop drinking for good? Maybe you're starting to wonder if you SHOULD stop drinking due to bad habits, but you don't want to stop drinking. Maybe you struggle with "cutting down" and keeping yourself "in check," but you don't necessarily WANT to stop. Maybe you actually DO want to stop, but you're struggling to stay consistent. Everyone is different.
I quit drinking at 26, and in this video I'll tell you (from experience) ONE of the MAIN reasons why I quit drinking cold turkey, and why I see others decide to and are able to finally quit drinking. No willpower needed for me or any of them. Just facts and information sharing in this video.
Let me be clear, I don't care if people drink and have a healthy lifestyle with it. Good for them, that's awesome. That said, there are TONS of people who simply cannot let go of alcohol despite clear signs that they should stop drinking. They know they should stop drinking alcohol, but they don't want to stop. Many people WANT to stop, but aren't able to easily. Some of them, like me, may have been aware that they should stop drinking and have considered quitting for years but are still drinking. I've been around so many people who have stopped drinking alcohol, and THIS is the main reason why they are able to finally stop drinking alcohol forever, and WANT to. Again, this has nothing to do with willpower, and this is the truth for all ages of people. If you are considering not drinking, you really need to reach this point in order to actually finally quit the cycle of drinking then feeling horribly. I hope this lends perspective to anyone who is trying to stop drinking alcohol forever.
