Dog grooming transformation. Grooming maremma livestock guardian dog for the Spring

Maremmas are double coated and shed after the cold winter months. It’s important to help them shed their coats and avoid matting.
I used a furminator brush on most areas except around the face and ears, where I used a slicker brush. The slicker brush can be used everywhere but the furminator is more helpful for helping the coat shed.
Stella lives being brushed and she doesn’t need such intense work now but still requires regular brushing.
