Footage of HAMAS’ missile attack on central Israel overnight

On 7 July, the German 69,000GT cruise ship AIDAdiva was hit by debris from a Hamas rocket which was intercepted by an Israeli 'Iron Dome' missile defence battery as it left the port of Ashod, a mere 29km from the Gaza strip. The debris did not cause any damage and was removed by the crew shortly afterwards, however explosions onshore caused concern amongst the passengers. It was not known if the debris was from the Hamas rocket or a Tamir interceptor missile fired by the Iron Dome battery.
