The carnivore diet is seeing a surge in popularity. While it’s an effective ‘elimination’ diet, Dr Glen Davies warns us that most people are doing it incorrectly.
A true carnivore would prioritise eating the organs, as they’re the most nutrient dense.
And if that makes you go 🤢🤮… it could mean,
A) your instincts have been dulled / tastebuds hijacked by processed foods,
or B) humans simply aren’t built to be carnivores.
🤷♀️
Always a fun debate when you have a vegan and a carnivore sitting at the same dinner table. 🤭
