Despite being in prison or on probation for 28 of the last 31 years for nonviolent LSD/Cannabis offenses, Ferranti is putting out riveting and engaging content that draws on all his resources and access in the outlaw and convict worlds he once immersed himself in. Ferranti is known for his uncompromising vision and commitment to telling the stories of the marginalized and disenfranchised. He is one of the most exciting voices in independent filmmaking today.
