There are different variations of the carnivore lifestyle. It is not one size fits all. There can be some variation in what spices and plant leaves one may eat. Some individuals are very strict carnivores, eating meat, eggs, butter, dairy, and salt only. While others consume stevia, pepper, garlic, vanilla, and cinnamon. It its based off what works for you. I would suggest starting off strict carnivore, eating only meat (preferably beef), eggs, butter, dairy, and salt for at least 30 days. Then add things in one at a time and see if they bother you in any way. The carnivore lifestyle is not confusing. It can be as simple as eating meat, eggs, butter, dairy, and salt. Or adding a few herbs and spices in if they don't bother you. Stop eating the overly processed fake foods and eat real whole foods!
