Rapid Downpour in Santa Barbara

Info from Licensor: "We had just rented three electric scooters for six adults and three kids. As soon as we started down the block, it started raining. As soon as we got to the end of the block it started pouring rain, hard. So we parked under a little over hang on a building when all of a sudden, rapid winds and flying objects started flying through the street and over the buildings. As soon as the flying debris stopped, we drove 100 feet to the rental place where everyone was rushing into. Trees and power lines had fallen, roofs, fences, gates had been blown off and damaged cars and windows."
