Iowa Democrats to give up their prime status and won't release caucus results until Super Tuesday

Iowa Democrats have settled on a compromise with the Democratic National Committee over their placement on the presidential primary calendar.

The state party submitted a plan to the DNC saying it will not release the results of its presidential caucuses until March 5, 2024, despite holding its in-person caucuses on Jan. 15, 2024, according to Politico.
