D&D Homebrew: Devil Contracted

Just another idea I had, wanted to improve on some of the devil contract concepts and ended up running with it. I hope you enjoy!

Devil Contracted

ASI: Cha +2 any ability +1

Languages: Common and Infernal (or any languages you knew before)

Humanoid

Speed: 30 feet

Darkvision: Thanks to your infernal heritage, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness and magical darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Ancestral Legacy: If you replace a race with this lineage, you can keep the following elements of that race: any skill proficiencies you had and any climbing, flying, or swimming speed you gained from it.

-If you don't keep any of those elements or you choose this lineage at character creation, you gain proficiency in two skills of your choice.

Devilish Contract:
-You have resistance to fire damage

-you know the vicious mockery cantrip

-if you do not already have a tail you grow a devilish tail with a barb that does 1d4 damage, it is a dex weapon and you are proficient with it

-if you do not already have wings you grow devilish wings that give you a fly speed equal to your movement speed

Soul Harvester Dagger

1d4 No Modifiers regardless of skills or proficiencies

harvests a soul only if it makes the killing blow on a valid target (humanoid, other at DM discretion) but it it does there's no revives. If it's part of a contract it's what you have to use to pay off the deal, once the quota is met it stores them as sorcery points which can be used to make spell slots per the chart. These do not expire with rests but are one use only.

Pact Weapon: The dagger binds to you as a pact weapon, but doesn't use the pact slot or require Pact of the Blade. It can't be lost, when thrown comes back to you, and can be magically stored as needed.
