Blue Springs may lose recycling drop off site

The new budget for the city of Blue Springs has advised closing the Pink Hill Park Recycling Center, citing a six-figure bill it can no longer afford to pay. This closure would be the fifteenth recycling drop off site to close over the past year in our area.
