Police in Texas say a woman has been arrested after she allegedly broke out of handcuffs and stole a police car over the weekend. According to police, it all started when 33-year-old Toscha Sponsler allegedly ran away on foot after a call of a shoplifter at Ulta. Police officers handcuffed her and seat-belted her into the back of a patrol car. While officers were going through her bag of stolen goods, she allegedly removed her seat belt, broke free of the handcuffs, climbed through the window and stole the cop car.
