Restoring a Hand Plane Tote | Quick and Easy

I recently added a Stanley #3 Plane to my collection. Overall, the plane is in good condition. The only thing that bothers me is the weird mint green paint on the back of the tote. I'm going to do a light restoration on this rosewood tote. I'll be removing the old finish, sanding it down and applying linseed oil and paste wax before reassembling the plane. It looks so much better now and is ready to be put to work.
