Star Citizen - Cloud Imperium Gaming to Hornet owners.... FU

Every so often, Cloud Imperium Gaming (CIG) breaks the Hornet ship so it can't be controlled. This has happens several times over the years and their response when you put in a ticket is to not believe you, or tell you to "Go to the issue council or wait until we decide to patch it." In essence Cloud Imperium Gaming (CIG) is saying "Go away and F U Player."
