Welcome to the Mothership! Honey Dijon or Honey Mustard works really well on Salmon. The flavors come together to make a a great cut of fish even better! Give this one a try when you do your next fish smoke! I am using a Pellet Smoker here, but the process should be the same on all smokers!

2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Butter (melted)
