We set up this Backyard Discovery Arcadia 12' x 9.5' Cedar Gazebo at my brother George’s house in one evening — and yeah, it smells amazing. All cedar, all sturdy, and perfect for grilling or just sitting out in the Texas sun with some shade.

The official instructions said ~4 hours… we took a little longer, but I was also making dinner, so hey. 😅 It’s simple enough to build and leaves room for accessories like lights, fans, or even solar panel upgrades later (that’s probably our next project — drone footage coming soon).
