VW 2.0 CU - Stuck Hydraulic Tappet, removal & fix. T25 Transporter Vanagon T3, Cam Follower Lifter

I had a stuck hydraulic tappet in my VW Type4 2.0 CU VW T25 Transporter engine. This is how I fixed it.
