perspective on alcohol (reframed to what is actually our "reality")

In this video, I discuss my perspective on alcohol and how I began to reframe it to see what our actual reality is. I didn't stop drinking because I hit rock bottom, I didn't stop because I went to rehab and had no other way out. I quit drinking because my life was deteriorating in smaller ways, and through watching my family's struggle with it, my perspective on alcohol began to dramatically shift. By beginning to look at the world this way, I began to see the program and the matrix I was caught in the middle of -- and that made it easy for me to decide to stop drinking for good.
