Potato Cheese Donuts.
3 Potatoes (14 oz).
4 tablespoons of water.
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
3 tablespoons of potato starch.
Onion.
Mozzarella cheese (optional).
Flour.
Eggs.
Bread crumbs.
Cooking oil.
