Keep in Mind the term “Free Cash” is just revenue that is accumulated by over taxation of the Residents, all Residents. When you listen to this abbreviated video relating to financing, be sure to listen closely to the terminology used by Town Manager John (Sandbox) Curran when he speaks about the incoming future revenue to pay for the project, particularly to the “Trying to,” “Hopefuly’s,” and “If’s” as in “If We Receive Funding” statements as opposed to the Realistic Facts presented by Selectman Rosa and Burrows.
We will also be funding a 50 million project for a New Department of Public Works Yard, New Town Trucks and various School Items that make the Center Project a want and not a need.
Signature Gathering will be located at local Market Baskets, O’Connor’s Hardware and other locations that will enable the project to go to a town wide election allowing the people to vote this project up or down. If for some reason you cannot locate anyone please contact us on the Facebook sites The Real Billerica Watchers Group, The Billerica Sandbox, and the Residents of Billerica, and we will get a petition to you and your concerned neighbors.
