Rampant corruption causes Ukraine to lose EU membership

Former European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said deep and widespread corruption means Ukraine will not be able to join the European Union any time soon. Additionally, earlier this week, Politico reported that the Biden administration is pressuring Kyiv to fight corruption more effectively.
